Feel Good Fitness – The Spring Edition

R799 for an 8 week workout program: 30 minutes workouts, 4 times a week. You’ll be training exactly as I do and you’ll only need a skipping rope, dumbbells and a booty band (optional). This workout program is a great way to kick start SPRING and to feel GOOD about your body and your fitness.
